Full refunds will be given if the booking has to be cancelled due to Covid19 travel restrictions (less any transfer or transaction fees).
There is a 20% Surcharge on Public Holidays to cover wages.
To secure your booking we request full payment.
For confirmed bookings cancelled by you prior to:
14 Days: 75% refund
48 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the pick up or tour date will be charged the full cost of the original booking. “No Shows” will also be charged the full cost of the original booking.
If we have to cancel the transfer or tour due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse road or weather conditions you will receive a full refund or offered an alternative date/time.
If you have booked a mountain transfer and the mountain is closed, a date change to another day is permissible subject to availability.
Changes to the booking within 48 hours of the original booking time will incur a $50 fee to cover the administration costs.
