We are always striving to ensure our guest have a fantastic experience so if you have any questions please get in touch.
For Transfers & Tours under $1,000 we request full payment to secure your booking.
For confirmed bookings cancelled by you prior to:
14 Days: 75% refund
48 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the pick up or tour date will be charged the full cost of the original booking. “No Shows” will also be charged the full cost of the original booking.
If we have to cancel the transfer or tour due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse road or weather conditions you will receive a full refund or offered an alternative date/time.
If you have booked a mountain transfer and the mountain is closed, a date change to another day is permissible subject to availability.
Changes to the booking booking time/day may incur a $50 fee to cover the administration costs.
There is a 20% Surcharge on Public Holidays to cover wages.
An additional Surcharge may apply for after hours services.
For Transfers & Tours over $1,000 a non-refundable 25% deposit is to be be paid to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 14 days prior.
If the booking is in peak season (December 15th - January 7th) a non-refundable 25% deposit is to be be paid to secure the booking and the balance to be paid before the 1st of November.
